The last year marked a new chapter in the Foundation’s history. Based on rigorous research and peer analysis, we set a long-term strategy to support transformative, sustainable projects that empower people to reach their full potential. We plan to deliver on this with more robust governance, a restructured grant-making process and evidenced, transparent reporting."

Permira’s support and expertise have been absolutely invaluable in our first year of business, enabling us to recruit expert job coaches, develop our tools and techniques and test our offer in the market. Working with such specialist and supportive colleagues in the data and HR teams has been particularly beneficial and we have used the results to focus the next stage business plan towards key growth areas.”
